This was just ok...definitely needs something. Everyone ate it but no one asked for seconds. Don't think I will make this again though it was quick and easy.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

This was wonderful!!! I made a few changes based on others' comments; 1 cup white/cup brown sugar and cut oil to 3/4 cup...didn't measure spices exactly either. I also sprinkled cinnamon and sugar on the sides of my loaf pans and on top of the batter...this was a great base recipe and tastes delicious!!! Thank you :)

Hungarian Stuffed Yellow Peppers

This was delicious!!! The only thing I did different is I added some extra seasoning to the meat mixture and and salt and pepper to the totato juice. It was really yummy and there were no leftovers!

Beef and Noodle Casserole

This was very simple to make and I loved it. You can play around with the recipe too...IU added peas to mine. Hubby was not thrilled with it but 10 year old loved it...4 yr old thought it was just ok but there were peas in it so that is kind of a deal breaker for him lol. I am going to play around with it because it is a good meal for nights when time is an issue.

Whipped Cream

Just perfect! I chilled my bowl and beaters for about 20 minutes and added slightly more confectioners sugar, just because the kids like it sweet :) It was truly delicious....who needs reddi whip??!

Bread Pudding

This was the first time I have ever made bread pudding, but I've always enjoyed it. This was a great basic recipe. I used a cinnimon apple raisin bread so I cut back on the sugar a bit I also added some extra cinnamon and rasins. I served with an apricot sauce and fresh whipped cream...Delicious! Next time, and there will be a next time! I am going to try the sauce because that sunds really yummy too!!

Grilled Lemon Chicken

This was very good. I marinated the chicken for longer than 20 minutes and cooked them on my George Foreman Grill. Very juicy and flavorful chicken!

I wish I could give these 10+ stars...they were incredible! While yes they are a little time consuming due to having to chill the dough, all in all they are really very easy to make and definitely worth the wait! They were so flaky they just melt in your mouth! I liked these better than the ones I pay a fortune for at my local bakery!

Oven Barbecued Beef Brisket II

This is very good... I cook mine in the crock pot and I use barbecue sauce instead of chili sauce...It comes out pretty sweet so you have to like that sort of combo with meat but it is sooo tender and makes really good sandwiches!

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

I wish I could give this 10 stars! This was absolutely wonderful...I did make a few changes to the original recipe but I just *have* to do that to everything I cook! I added extra carrots and I added a handful of fresh spinach because I ahd some in the house. I too used the canned diced tomatoes which worked fine. I had no beef broth in the house so I used chicken broth and the soup was still good. I wish I had more leftovers...there is only one small bowl left and I have hid it in the back of the fridge because I don't want to share it!!! DELICIOUS!
