I am a CIA (Culinary Institute of America) graduate--25 years now! I own my own catering company in Texas and have just recently added a line of all natural soaps, lotions and candles. Definitely Italian food. Being born Italian and French, I create recipes from the basic recipes I learned from my mother who was Italian. I have even created my own organic spaghetti sauce! I love to cook for the holidays, beginning with Thanksgiving. Traditionally, on Christmas eve, my family made lasagna! Developing my own organic, all natural spaghetti sauce!
