So quick and easy - and a hit with the whole house! i made the sauce and topping ahead of time so all i had to do was turn on the oven.

Bread and Celery Stuffing

I cut the bread into cubes before toasting it... makes for a nice final texture. also I used herbes de provence instead of the poultry seasoning. a big hit with my british housemates who always ask for "american-style stuffing."
