Company Cheesecake

i make a graham cracker crust, but otherwise, this is the best! My husband requests this cheesecake for every event.

Really great! I was my first attempt at cheesecake and my husband was very pleased. I made it for his birthday. Mine did crack, but I couldn't leave it in the oven for 1 hour like suggested, so I think it cooled too quickly. No one was disappointed.

Overnight French Toast II

My husband would give it 6 stars! I followed the recipe (thought I did add cinnamon to the egg mixture), but I had a whole loaf of french bread, so I had two layers of bread (about 1 or 2 inch slices). This was awesome because it had a crunchier layer. I turned the pan over on a baking sheet to let the syrup run over all of the layers and the crunchy was on the bottom, which made it easier to serve, and very beautiful and delicious!

Tia and David's Deep Fried Tortellini

This was GREAT! Just what I was looking for. I didn't have any eggs, so I just tossed a little olive oil on them before breading them and it worked well. I will definitely make again. It hit the spot!

Peach Cobbler VI

I agree it is more like bread pudding as the crust is "cakey". But my husband who LOVES bread pudding raved about it. I personally like a more traditional cobbler, but this was quick and easy!

Easy Baked Tilapia

Candy Bar Pie

Spaghetti Pie II

This was Great! I used a jar of spaghetti sauce, and it turned out wonderful. I'll definitely make this again, and make extra to freeze. I doubled the recipe and just used one big jar of sauce and it was perfect. Other than that I didn't change a thing.

Sausage Balls

I mixed everything up in my kitchenaid mixer and it was a snap! I did have to cook mine a little longer than 10 minutes, more like 30-15, maybe mine were just bigger. I didn't have any trouble with it sticking together though. I think I used a little less cheese.

Basic Baked Spaghetti

Mine turned out dry - I would add more sauce next time. I think it would also be better with more things, I added black olives, but mushrooms would be good as well. It was OK

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Very Delicious!!!! I only did 1/2 the chocolate chips... the batter is so great! It's the perfect compromise for my family since 1/2 like them crispy and 1/2 like them soft. I will definitely make them again.

Chocolate Fudge Buttercream Frosting

WOW - this icing is incredible!!!! I didn't have a full cup of the hot fudge topping (more like 1/2), so I increased the cocoa a little to compensate. Who needs cake with icing like that!!!!!
