Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2012
I could only get 3 of these to "puff" up in the oven. The others were flat. Taste was great!

Caramel Heavenlies

This was amazing! I used a regular baking dish and no foil. I sprinkled chocolate chips before I topped with coconut. This taste just like a samoa girl scout cookie BUT even better!!

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2007
I followed the directions exactly and as suggested doubled the sauce. We were not impressed. The white wine was too over powering and it was too salty. I won't be making this again.

Candied Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2007
AMAZING! We had salad with this. I think next time we will have rice also, this sauce would be great over rice! Fresh pineapple is much better.

This was amazing. I followed the recipe but used a smaller pan and fewer apples. Perfect amount of topping with the smaller pan.

I took others advice and also used 4Tbl. cornstarch. My husband's favorite pie is blueberry and he said this was the best blueberry pie he has ever had! It turned out great!

Antipasto Pasta Salad

This was amazing! I made it exactly except used already store bought shredded asiago cheese. My in-laws RAVED over this. Very good as a meal itself. Goes great with french bread.

Spaghetti Squash I

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2007
This was amazing! For a quicker recipe, I microwaved the squash with a little butter for 12 minutes instead of baking. And then followed the directions.

It's Chili by George!!

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2007
Excellent chili! I used 3 cans of diced tomatos instead of tomato juice. 2 of the cans I blended in the blender since my husband doesn't like tomato chunks. I followed recipe exactly and it was very good! Although it does make a lot! Prepare to have leftovers! Next time I will half it.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2005
This was amazing. We loved the creamy sauce, it is excellent on a baked potato with the chicken. I used double the flour. And 2 tsp. of bullion instead of 1 tsp. This will be made again and again in our house!

Aussie Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2005
This is so amazing. A few things I did different though. I cut the chicken breasts into chunks instead. (a little bigger than cubed) I omitted the mushrooms because our family does not like them. And sliced the bacon into tiny pieces and scattered it across the chicken.

American Lasagna

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2005
The most amazing lasagna I have ever had. Everyone raves when I make it. A few changes I have made have made it even better. I use 1/2 lb. ground beef. And 2 (29 oz) cans tomatos. I blend mine in the blender because hubby doesn't like chunks. And I use 9 noodles instead of 12. I also line the bottom of the pan with tons of sauce. I use all of the sauce I make so it is not dry. I don't think you can ever have too much sauce! And I put my baking dish on a cookie sheet to catch spill over.
