These were just okay. Mine didn't raise and get all puffy like I had hoped. Kind of dense.

Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Reviewed: May 4, 2011
This was just "okay" for us. It didn't seem to carry either the banana or the peanut butter through. Left you wondering what it was made with. Not so happy with it. I'll go back to plain banana bread.

Slow Cooker Latin Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2011
This isn't very pretty but it tastes really good. After four hours the chicken pretty much shredded itself when I stirred all the ingredients together. Good blend of flavors but I think next time I would leave out the sweet potatoes and then use this as filling in tortillas. ;-) mmmmm!

Rosemary Roasted Turkey

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2011
This was perfect! I used a bone-in turkey breast. Prepared this exactly as written. The juices just ran out of the meat and even two days later when we are finishing it up in sandwiches it is still moist and delicious. The whole family raved about it.

Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2011
One of the easiest and best recipes of this type that we have ever had. I had just a couple of bacon slices left over from breakfast so included them as well and this was delicious. No leftovers tonight!

Boston Baked Beans

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2011
Awesome! These are the best beans we have had in a long time and very easy to make. I stirred a little white flour in some water and added it to thicken them a bit and they were perfect.

Classic Goulash

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2011
I lost my original goulash recipe years ago and when I saw this it looked like the one I had used when our kids were young. This is delicious. I made it exactly as written but added a tablespoon of Slap Your Mama seasoning to spice it up a bit. Dinner tonight is going to be a real treat!

This was just okay. Usually soup is even better the second day but no one seemed interested. Bummer.

Peanut Butter Cream Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2010
This has a very good flavor. However, it was really crumbly. Next time I make it, I won't try and beat it for as long as it said (and for the record I still only beat it for about 1 minute or so). I will blend it together and while much more creamy will put it in the pan. As you can see from the picture above, it is kind of dry and I think that comes from stirring too long.

Mexican Cornbread Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2010
I made my own cornbread from a recipe on here (which ended up being way to bread-like but mixed with everything in the salad wasn't too bad). I would definitely NOT use so much Ranch dressing next time. I'd cut it down to a third of the amount listed. It was just WAY too much and overpowering. I was surprised that even the next day the cornbread wasn't soggy. That was a nice surprise. Also, this makes A LOT.

Honey Wheat Breadsticks

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2010
The best honey wheat breadsticks I have ever made. Seriously. Easy, quick and delicious. I added a tablespoon of minced garlic to the dough as it was mixing and it was the perfect combination to go with our soup. Thanks Ted, for this delicious recipe. Instead of rolling them into sticks, I just rolled the dough out onto a cookie sheet and sliced them with a knife. Let them raise and popped them in the oven. They pulled apart beautifully and made this an even easier recipe to use.

Maple Bacon Pancake

I made this twice. Once with bacon and once with chunked sausage. Both were really good but not as flavorful as we would have liked. I might have to tweak this a bit because basically it is good.

Scrumptious Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2010
Very very salty. I'd use low sodium cream of chicken soup next time and see if it cuts down on the salt. We also like Swiss cheese with chicken better than Cheddar.
