Pork Chops a la Slow Cooker
The best slow cooker recipe for pork chops EVER! I had some mushroom leftover from another recipe and I tossed those in a buttered slow cooker. On top of that I put the four large thick pork chops after preparing them as instructed. I poured the soup on top and set the cooker for 10 hours. The chops were done in four. Scrumptious!!!!

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon
Scraped off most of the topping because we both thought it was NASTY. After scraping it off though the salmon had a nice flavor to it so it wasn't really ruined. Not my favorite but I think it will give the Curried Salmon Salad (recipe on here) just the flavor it needs. ;-)

Curried Salmon Pasta Salad
Made exactly as written and while it was good, I thnk it lacked something. (But, before you add anything, I'd suggest you let it sit in the fridge for a few hours and then taste -- it changes from the time it's made to the time it's served if you give it a few hours.) Anyway, I added some garlic salt and some onion salt - just to taste - and that gave it a little more zing. Overall the recipe is good.
