Bacon Roll-Ups

I also pre-cooked the bacon. I added freeze-dried chives and onions to the cream cheese and it added some flavor. I baked the pieces in the oven on 425 for about 5 min on each side. (I like my bacon crispy.) Do a test first to see what works best for your oven.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Delicious and easy! I added a bit of concentrated tomato soup and water because I thought it was a bit more like chili than soup and I like it a bit "soupier". Otherwise, AWESOME!

Easy Pleasy Mac N Cheesy - US Navy Style

Awesome! So creamy and cheesy and addictive. Wonderfully done. I followed other suggestions and used half Velveeta and half cheddar and it was awesome. I've also added raw broccoli and the cooking time is enough to soften the broccoli, but not "mush" it. Delicious! I've gotten requests for the recipe.

Caesar Vinaigrette

Great recipe using things you have on hand! Didn't have white wine vinegar, so used one Tbsp lemon juice and one Tbsp balsamic instead. And only used 1/2 c. oil. Tasted so fresh!

Peach Coffee Cake II

Soft, moist, delicious and easy! I felt like I could have used about 6 cups of peaches at least, instead of just 4. I was hoping it would be more peachy. I also sprinkled some sugar and cinnamon on top of the peaches before added the second layer of cake, and it turned out delicious!

Whiskey Cake II

AWE-SOME! I followed the reviewer's suggestions and reserved half cup of the chips and walnuts and made a glaze out of it. Could have used even a bit more glaze. How do you keep the chips from falling to the bottom? They got stuck on the bottom on the pan. Will definitely make again!!!!!

Apple Enchiladas

Needed a dessert recipe to make for 125, and this was perfect! It didn't really take long and it was delicious! Everyone loved it, especially served with vanillas ice cream. Would like to try other varieties next time.

Pasta with Italian Sausage and Pumpkin Sauce

This was delicious! Our local market sells a spice called Simon & Garfunkle (parsley, sage, rosemary & thyme) and I added a teaspoon of that. I also used a whole onion, hot Italian sausage and added about 6-8 oz. spinach. It was perfect for a cool autumn night. Will definitely make again!

Big Germans

Oh my gosh, delicious! I prepared as directed, divided the dough in half, and added cinnamon and sugar to half the batter. I put the two batters in two different 9 in cake rounds. When they were done, I put sausage and cheese in one and put it back in the oven with the broiler to melt the cheese. We added strawberries and powdered sugar to the other. Simply awesome! Great texture. Pretty easy! Will definitely be making again!

Whole Wheat Beer Bread

Fantastic! Made it exactly as written using a local Oktoberfest beer. Fabulous taste and texture. We used it as a side for soup and toasted it in the morning for breakfast. Smells wonderful while baking. Thank you!

Buffalo Cheesy Chicken Lasagna

Yummy! Used 2 lbs of chicken, and I think it came out just right. Used almost 1/2 c. Frank's Buffalo sauce, and it wasn't too much. Used 1/2 tomato and 1/2 alfredo sauce, and 1/2 mozzerella and 1/2 cheddar cheese. Also added close to 8 oz. blue cheese because I like it so much. The lasagna was delicious!!! I will definitely make it again!
