Tender and tasty. I like that it makes it's own gravy. I do uncover it and let it crisp up a bit tho so it's not soggy.

Herb Roasted Pork

I also used brown sugar. My whole family loved it -especially the sauce/glaze. They've requested it again and with other meat too- like chicken.

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Truly Yummy! Everyone loved it! I followed the recipe as written (other than leaving out the peppers cause I didn't have any). Instead if grilling I cooked the chicken under the broiler.

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

I used butter and ground dry cumin and ginger as well as dehydrated crushed up onion. Simmered for about 1/2 an hour. Delicious! I had never had tomato based palak paneer but it is just as good in its own way as the creamy based one. i used homemade paneer -adding it at the very end and heating it only briefly as not to melt it- might try frying it first in butter next time to help hold it up.

Black Bean and Salsa Soup

Fast and tasty. I also added some beans left whole, added garlic powder, lime juice and increased the cumin. Oh and I added some frozen corn and served mine with sour cream and cheese crackers (cheese melted till turning crispy then cooled) and quesadillas for my husband and kids.

Bubba's Barbequed Skirt Steak

wow. wasn't sure what to do with a skirt steak but boy do i now! the marinade really permeates the meat and compliments & brings out the barbecue flavor. i broiled it following the grilling cooking times & it was perfect. i marinated it overnight until dinner time in my vacuum marinating (foodsaver canister) - it didn't need that long with the vacuum but it didn't hurt either.will definitly make again.

Red River Beef Stroganoff

GOOD! An excellent alternative to tomato based stroganoff or dare I mention cream of mushroom soup. My family loved it. Definitively recommend freezing the meat 15 mins before slicing- the thinner the slice the easier to chew.

while quick & simple it just lacks something....too dense and bready and bland. Three stars cause it just goes straight to the oven but I'll keep looking
