Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Terrific recipe. Made with Minors Au Jus Prep instead of water. Also used Home made Italian Dressing Mix (All Recipes) Excellent on Hoagie Rolls with sliced Hoagie Roll with sliced Mozzarella & Giardineria

Wild River Bloody Mary Mix

Wisconsin Bratwurst

We tried this with an uncooked Brat made here in Michigan. We cooked them in a closed kettle type grill using "Maple Smoking Chips". Warning to all-These become addictive when you slather them with a good Honey Mustard& serve them on a whle grain roll.ENJOY !
