Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
If have made pot roasts with many different recipes over the years. I think this one is my new favorite. I just love how it automatically makes a thick gravy which saves me time after the roast is cooked! I made two slight adjustments: 1) increase/change liquid to: 1 cup water + 1 cup beef broth 2) season the roast with Montreal steak seasoning. Perfect!!

Tomato Bisque III
This soup is absolutely amazing! I didn't have to modify it one bit. Everyone at my dinner party positively raved about this soup. I'm so glad I made a double batch - we froze some for a future dinner. Still tasted awesome after frozen.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
I love this! It used to be so time consuming to make beef stew the traditional way and this slow cooker recipe gives the same great results without all the work. I like tomatos in my stew so added a large can of chopped diced tomatos at the start of cooking...along with a little more flour to ensure a thicker gravy. An hour before serving I also added a can of peas. Delicious!
