Japanese Chicken Wings
These are absolutely devine! I made these a couple of weeks ago because my husband wanted hot wings to eat while watching football, so I made him the restaurant style wings (also found on this site) and I made these for myself since I'm not crazy about burning up my tastebuds - LOL. He tasted mine and liked them better! I also tried his, and they actually weren't that hot and they were also good. Today is Super Bowl Sunday and he asked me to make these. :)

Chicken Pot Pie IX
I have made this many times. I pretty much follow this recipe as written; however, I use PicSweet frozen mixed vegetables. Sometimes I add a can of sliced new potatoes and cut back a bit on the frozen vegetables. Also, when I drain the chicken and vegetables, I save the water and add chicken bouillon cubes for the broth. I also use Pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts. This is SO YUMMY!!! My husband LOVES it, and he has never been a big chicken pot pie fan. :)

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
This banana bread is absolutely WONDERFUL! I have made this several times and it always turns out great. In fact, I am baking some now and wanted to come back here and comment. The last time I made this, I made two loaves. I was going to take one to work to share -- but you should have seen my husband's face when I suggested that! He did not want to share!! :) Of note - now whenever he goes to the grocery store, he always comes back with a bunch of bananas. Thank you for the best banana recipie ever!!!
