Our Wedding Day
About this Cook
I am a hairstylist and a newly wed that loves to cook. I am also 100% Italian.
My favorite things to cook
Meats, soups, and dessert.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Making tomato sauce once a year and canning it as well as making wine every 2 years and bottling it. YUM!
My cooking triumphs
I don't think that i have had any yet.
My cooking tragedies
I had the in laws over for dinner a while ago and I made sicilian chicken. I tried to brine the chicken and I dont know what I did wrong but we couldn't even bring ourselves to swallow it. It tasted like you were eating a spoonfull of salt.

Smothered Bacon Chicken
I made this because the other reviews were so great. I don't get it! It was not good! My husband really didn't like it! Neither did I! The bacon was chewy the chicken flavorless and the sauce watery. Terrible!

Fresh Tomato Pie
I thought this was ok. My husband did not really like it. It was really watery on the bottom. The flavor was good but it was almost too rich. I will not make this again.
