Charlotte's Tortellini Salad

This recipe was good but a little too 'gourmet' for our tastes. The lemon is a wonderful compliment to the tortelli but it also overpowers the other foods a bit. If you like tart, try it! ;)

Sticky Buns II

The recipe turned out pretty dry for me. My husband and son loved these but I found them not moist enough for what should be 'sticky'.

My husband said that this was the best pea soup he's ever had and I think I have to agree. What I did was after I heated the first set of ingredients to boiling, tossed it in my slow cooker and let it simmer to perfection when it came time to eat!

Cheese Ravioli with Fresh Tomato and Artichoke Sauce

This ravioli was a hit at my house. :) Very fast and easy to make and a nice, light tasting flavor. One thing that's not clear in the recipe is whether to drain the artichoke hearts. I didn't and it created a wonderful sauce for the vegetables. :) Excellent, I'll definitely make this again!

Anniversary Chicken I

Unfortunately I loved this recipe a lot more than my husband and son did. :) The combination of the flavors is very unexpected and strong but WONDERFUL. If my guys would eat it I'd make this again and again! :)

Cinnamon Rolls II

I haven't met a good cinnamon roll recipe yet that wasn't really time consuming but this one is really worth it. I added walnuts and raisins to the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture and it turned out fantastic!

Classic Minestrone

I added a large can of whole tomatoes to it and it really added a tremendous flavor to this wonderful soup! Depending on the noodles you use, this also freezes well. :)

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

Tomato Basil soup is one of my very favorites so I was very excited to find this recipe! I've shortened the recommended cooking times and this takes me an *easy* total of about 30 mins to make. It also freezes well! I serve it with sourdough rounds and caesar salad.. YUM!
