Pasta, Chicken and Artichokes

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2006
I added a bit of tomato sauce for flavor. The taste is pretty good for such low calorie. I also added more chicken broth for more sauce.

Good cookies. Be careful on the cook time. Mine were a little more crunchy than I would have liked.

These macaroons were pretty good. I prefer the recipes without flour. Definetly use parchment paper!

This cookies were pretty good. I would add some melted choclate to the recipe like others have suggested. It would give them just the flavor kick they need!

Creamy Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2005
this recipe was wonderful - and low calorie. I pounded out the chicken and seasoned it quite a bit with Johnny's Mediteranean seasoning. I also used a bit more salt than the recipe called for. The soup made it taste great and was a great sauce for the noodles.

Cottage Cheese Spinach Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2005
This recipe was pretty good. You definetly have to add garlic. I also pounded out the chicken and folded in half to put in the filling. I substitued ricotta for the the cottage cheese. Next time I think I will throw some artichokes into the mix and it will be great!

Pumpkin Spice Cake II

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2005
This recipe was great! I made it for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it. I used a moist supreme cake mix, substituted chopped apples for the nuts, and added a bit of clover. I made miniature bundt cakes and used cream cheese frosting. I will make them again for Christmas!
