Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Great recipe that you can really play around with, or make as directed. Instead of putting the sliced bacon on the chicken prior to the cheese, I pre-cooked the bacon and crumbled it up because my family prefers that "crunch" of the bacon. The chicken turned out moist and delicious! Nice recipe!

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Let me start by saying that I consider myself a chef before a baker because I don't like to measure things. That being said, I always follow t a recipe to the "T" the first time I make it, and this recipe is great. I followed exactly as directed and my pretzels came out just fine. I did have to add a little bit of water because the dough was a bit dry (thanks for the previous tips and next time I may cut 1 cup of the flour) but that is to be expected when making a dough product. Great recipe Christa Rose! Thanks for sharing and I can't wait to try playing around with all the varieties that can be done with this recipe.

Asian-Glazed 'Melt-in-Your-Mouth' Pork Tenderloin

This is a fantastic dish. I brined the Pork tenderloin as instructed and the meat was so tender and juicy. When I try out a recipe on Allrecipes, I make it with no changes what so ever to give it a true rating the very first time. After that, I tweak it here and there the second time to adjust it to my tastes. This recipe needs no tweaks and is fantastic just the way it is. GREAT RECIPE!

Maria's Pepper Steak

EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! Great flavor and simple to make. I also added a little cornstarch to thicken the sauce, but this recipe is fantastic.

Aztec Casserole

Great recipe with a great mexican flavor. My wife was very nervous about the (2) cans of Green Chilies, but the Sour Cream really cut the hot of the Chilies and just left you with an excellent flavor. Once again...... Great Recipe.
