Brown Sugar Meatloaf
I've never been a fan of meatloaf, but my husband loves it so over the years I have tried many many versions. This one is by far the best we've had and will become the standard. My only changes were to use panko bread crumbs instead of the saltine crackers and to spread the brown sugar mixture on top of the loaf instead of the bottom. Delicious, easy and makes both of us very happy!
