This recipe was extemely good. I did make a couple of changes. I only used half a bottle of wine. I did it in my slowcooker and then drained the vegetables (my husband can't have seeds). I then reduced the juices by half on high heat to make a demiglas. Oh dear it was so good. I wished tonight I wasn't on Weight Watchers because I really wanted more than one. Saved the rest for more meals later. Excellent

Lemonade Pie V

Took this pie to a pool party on a very hot day. Wonderful light cool dessert enjoyed by kids and adults alike. Will make again very soon.

Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup

Thanks for all the great reviews on my recipe. Your right there is a lot of work and I have tried your time saving tips, eg jarred roasted red peppers, but when in season fresh is still best. All of you that think my recipe is 5 star thanks for the votes. Carol Crane
