Cut recipe in half since I only had 12 oz. of fish. Did cook this in oven as others did and it came out delicious. Followed some of the other suggestions; marinated in lemon juice and old Bay for 1/2 hour, cut the butter and mayo back to 2 TBS each, added 1 tsp dill weed and garlic powder, spread sauce and sprinkled with panko crumbs mixed with OLd Bay on top on before broiling.

Creamy Beef Casserole

Like others I did tweak this a bit. I added green peppers, , worcehtershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. I used the ritz crackers instead of bread crumbs. I added shredded cheddar/ montery jack cheese topped with the crushd ritz cackers and drizzled butter.

Creamed Peas and Potatoes

I have been looking for a recipe like this ever since my mother-in-law passed away. She use to always make this and it was my favorite vegetable. i think she used to buy frozen peas and potatoes and doctor it up. Can't find the peas and potaotoes together any more, so I was excited when I found this. Only chnage I made was that I used three potaotes instead of four.

Jambalaya

Thought this was a great recipe. I did however make a few changes. I added 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp thyme, 1/2 pound cubed ham, 1 can French Onion soup,a 28 oz. can of tomatoes instead of the 16 oz. can, and right before the end put in 10 oz. shrimp. I also garnished it before I served it with fresh parsley and chopped green onions.

Honey Glazed Ham

I have been looking for an easy ham glaze. Now I have found it! I did make a few changes as other readers did. I used 1/3 cup butter, 2/3 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup honey, and 4 oz. pineapple juice.

Baked Beans II

Very similar to one I have made for years. I did as others suggested and cut back on sugar to 1/4 cup,increased Worcestershire to 1 TBS, and used 6 slices of chopped bacon.

Tomatillo Guacamole

Cilantro really adds to this recipe. Tomatillas are great in any Mexican dip or salsa. I use them whenever I can find them. They keep well in the the refirg in a plastic bag with husks removed. they are really not tomatoes but are related to the goose berry family.

Best Ever Tuna Salad

Ziti with Italian Sausage

Thought this was an excellent recipe but made a few cahnges and scaled it down. I used 3/4 # sauasage,1/4 c. onions, 1.4 c. celery,1-28 oz. jar of spaghetti sauce, 1tsp sugar, 1/2 # ziti noodles, 12 oz. mozzarella,and 1/3 c. Parmesan. I did use the garlic and Italain seasoning. Baked in a 2 quart casserole dish.

Glazed Meatloaf II

Great recipe, I did however make some changes which my family thought made it even better. For the glaze I would defintely double it. I changed the brown sugar to 1/4 c and add 1/2 TBS vinegar. To the beef I added 1/2 c. celery, 1/2 tsp minced garlic, 1 TBS parsley,1/2 package dry onion soup mix,1 /4 c oatmeal,and changed the lemon juice to 4 TBS and the bread to 3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs and 1/4 plain bread crumbs. Next time i might cut back on the onios and use all the onion soup pkg.
