Butter Rich Spritz Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2005
it was easy, and I concur with the other reviews, "what aftertaste??" I did customize this recipe to make 6 1/2 dozen and needed to add 1/4 more butter to work the cookie press. Overall, a great recipe for the cookie press.

Creme Brulee

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2005
This was so easy to make and delicious and a real crowd pleaser. The only reason why I could not give this 5 stars is that a very important step is missing. When trying this recipe, follow the review from chefpeon to make it a 5 star recipe. This is definitely a keeper.

Spinach Salad with Baked Goat Cheese

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2006
wow, baked goat's cheese without baking, I love it!! The salad can always be revamped, but the spinach or mesclun mix seems to pair really well with the goats cheese. I sprinkle almonds and sometimes add some strawberries, anything goes, but the goats cheese is what makes this such a hit.

Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2012
Do not listen to any of those reviews that tell you to stir constantly. As soon as butter and sugar are incorporated, leave at medium heat and let the toffee work its magic. I stir occasionally and let the mixture reach 300. DO NOT STIR FREQUENTLY, I repeat, DO NOT STIR FREQUENTLY.

Apple Cake V

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2013
cutting down on the sugar and fat using applesauce in place of oil, reducing the sugar from 2 cups to 1 1/2 cups are great suggestions by other reviewers. this will always be my go to cake. i love one bowl cakes like these. i did add a good douse of cinnamon, as most reviewers were right, apples and cinnamon go hand in hand. enjoy

I love allrecipes.com . I found the recipe for something I looked forward to every year on my birthday. And, when I gave birth to my children, this wonderful soup made me and my breastfed kids very healthy. And it's no myth - this stuff brings on lactation very quickly!!!

this is authentic and was glad to find the recipe. add any colourful vegetables like carrots and peppers that can be julienned. that looks the best when displayed on a large platter.

Chocolate Zucchini Bread II

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2007
Wow, this was so amazing. I omitted the nuts for my kids - "nut-free" school environment. I can't believe it is so good and so moist. This is a keeper and will be Christmas presents for teachers and friends.

Pear and Blue Cheese Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2010
This is what I had as an appetizer in a very pricey restaurant. One thing that I do is poach the pears to soften them in some wine and sugar. Just an alternative...
