Although this wasn't my favorite cake, I made it for my husband's co-workers and they all loved it! I made the cakes (4 of them all together) each in disposable pans, they baked up perfectly. I did pour ALL of the recipe amt of milks over the cakes and it was completely absorbed the next morning. The whipped cream icing was too sweet for my taste, even after cutting the sugar back to half, so if I were to do this again I'd cut it back even more. Overall, this recipe was very easy to work with, turned out just like I expected, and was the perfect end to a spicey mexican luncheon!
