Shredded Potato Quiche

This was very good and quite easy for a dinner in a hurry. It needed some extra seasoning though. Some zip. I'll have fun toying around with it util then. I would happily recommend it. Thanks for a great recipe!

Slow Cooker Taco Soup

SCRUMPTIOUS! We loved this recipe. I didn't have kidney beans so I used more chili beans. It was wonderful! I give it 5 stars and then some! So easy too. You can make it easier on yourself by browning the meat as you buy it and then freeze it. Then it's already prepared for the right amount portions needed. Less fuss and a quick to do meal! :)

Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!!! I use 1% milk instead of soy, & 2 individual packets of Splenda instead of sugar. Sometimes I use a little more oats. Sometimes I grate the oats in the blender before mixing all of the ingredients for a smoother texture; sometimes I don't. But I do drink this everyday!!! THANKS!

Chicken Pot Pie I

WOW! This was delicious! I added some salt, pepper, & onion seasoning. I wasn't able to flip the 2nd pie crust on top perfectly but it was still edible! No left overs here! This is another recipe I'll have to double for my family! My grandpa said it was the best he'd ever had!

Easy Broccoli Quiche

Mmmmm-mmmm-mmmmmmmmm! I added diced chicken to this with a combination of montery & jack cheeses & it was fantastic! In fact...I accidentally left off the last portion of melted butter & it was still superb! Even our guest loved it! I'll have to make 2 of these next time to be sure we all get enough!

Quick Calzones

Very delicious! My family loved it! My hubby wants me to make more tonight! I did have a problem there being too much filling. No because I didn't like the amount but because the amount called for overflowed onto my pan. Otherwise GREAT!

Quick Chicken Soup

This stuff is FANTASTIC! I scale this recipe for 6 servings just so I will have some leftovers for the next day! I used half of the called chicken broth with the no MSG kind or organic whichever I have and the other half with the Italian herbs seasoned broth. YUMMMY!!! I also add pasta. Everyone loves it!

Skillet Chops with Mushroom Gravy

Great recipe! My family thoroughly enjoyed this recipe. I don't care for mushrooms so I didn't have the cream of mushroom soup. So I substituted it for cream of celery and chopped up some mushrooms for my husbnads portion. It was a huge hit in my house! :)

Salsa Chicken

Great recipe! Even my 6 yr old son raved for this one! The salsa was the perfect flavoring, although I added more cheese just because we really like cheese. My husband enjoyed the leftover sauce mixture with his chips later. There literally were no left overs. I use salsa in my meat loaf too...something about salsa that just adds the right amount of everything needed.
