Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

Ritzy Chicken Livers

I upped the temp to 375 - took Ellie May's advise & soaking in milk overnight really makes a difference (once I did it, once only 4 hrs). Would always do overnight in the future.

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

I followed Crystal S's suggestions with the pineapple marinade, but reduced the chipotle powder to 1.5 tsp in the spice mix, which was perfect for us.

Hungarian Mushroom Soup

Good, but very rich - I used 1 Tbsp dried Italian parsley, which was enough, & homemade turkey soup stock instead of chicken broth. 2nd day was better than the 1st.

Out of this World Turkey Brine

I wish I could send you a photo of the outcome - just picture perfect, juicy & flavorful. I only had 1 day to brine it & it was a 32-lb turkey. We did it on the outdoor grill using the indirect heat method & smoked hickory chips for added flavor the 1st couple hours. Just excellent
