Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2009
I like this recipe a lot better then store bought ketchup..store bought has too strong of a vinegar taste for me...and this was perfect..I did not have molasess so I left that out. I also use honey in place of corn syrup all of the time..It still turned out wonderful for me..

Banana Cake VI

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2009
I LOVE this cake! I have been making banana cake for many years and I have a recipe that is very similar to this one. Cooking it at a low temp and putting it in the freezers..makes it turn out WONDERFUL..How well does this process work on other types of cakes??

Original Nestle® Toll House® Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2012
For those who like to use healthy alt., this is a very flexible recipe. I have been able to substitute part of the all purpose flour for things such as: flax seed meal, spelt, amaranth, qunioa, sprouted grain, etc. Cocao nibs add a great nut like crunch. I tried chai seeds today. They don't really have any flavor, but they do add nutrition. I also sub. half the butter for coconut oil. One thing I really don't like is adding brown rice flour. Too me the texture is a little to gritty and crumbly.

Buttermilk Pancakes II

Reviewed: May 15, 2013
I am not really a fan of pancakes(maybe once a year). This was an awesome recipe. I was able to replace half the flour with flax seed meal, wheat germ, and a small amount of chia seeds. The buttermilk syrup recipe on allrecipes is dynamite with these!!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2013
Great cookie! I used my homemade PB/cookie butter in this recipe. I only bake with butter or coconut oil. I replaced the sugar with palm sugar and added some chunks of chocolate from Aldi(they sell the best) and a few chia seeds. They turned out soft and chewy!! :)
