I would have to agree with everyone else. These are wonderful!!!! I used half wheat germ half ground flax seed. I also added a little nutmeg and cinnamon and used mini chocolate chips instead blueberries...I used half wheat flour and half brown rice flour and two bananas..Turned out AWESOME!

Buttermilk Syrup

I love this recipe and make it any time I need syrup. I made it again this morning and did not have any butter,I used organic whole milk in place of buttermilk, and I use honey in place of corn syrup all of the time..It still turned out WONDERFUL!

Banana Cake VI

I LOVE this cake! I have been making banana cake for many years and I have a recipe that is very similar to this one. Cooking it at a low temp and putting it in the freezers..makes it turn out WONDERFUL..How well does this process work on other types of cakes??

In-a-Pinch Ketchup

I like this recipe a lot better then store bought ketchup..store bought has too strong of a vinegar taste for me...and this was perfect..I did not have molasess so I left that out. I also use honey in place of corn syrup all of the time..It still turned out wonderful for me..
