Delicious, moist, soft. I stuck to the recipe. Baked this in an 8x10 pan. I loved this!

Chocolate Toffee Crunchies

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2009
Like the others, I brought these to a party, and they were a huge hit! People could not believe these were made with saltine (salada in NZ) crackers. I want to experiment and use other types of salty snack foods with this, so next time, I am going to make this using pretzels! That should be good too!

Date Nut Bars

I love these! They are chewy and wonderful. I sprinkled powdered sugar over them, and I think I will leave them without next time, as they are plenty sweet on their own.I will make these again, for sure. I also will play with this recipe and add other kinds of fruit and maybe some coconut, as another reviewer suggested. These are easy to make and wonderful :)

Spring Strawberry Spinach Salad

I loved this! The dressing is best when you use it immediately, as it will seperate.Because the dressing is so oily, I didn't use that much at all and saved the rest in a jar.

Zucchini Bread IV

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2007
This is a perfect bread (although it is more of a cake to me) to give to neighbours and friends. My first attempt at growing zucchini produced a huge crop. This recipe is perfect for using up extra zucchini from the garden. I freeze the grated zucchini in pre-measured amounts. When I want to make this, I just get a bag out of the freezer.

Mocha Cooler

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2007
Yummy! I did not have any powder coffee creamer, so when I mixed everything together in the blender, I added some half and half to the milk. This was delicious and refreshing. I like having the powder already made up and ready whenever you want this drink. I loved this!
