Banana Bread V

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2009
This is the best banana bread recipe ever...JUST LIKE IT IS! I made this exactly as it is written and loved it. Very moist and lots of banana flavor. My husband raved about how good this was. Don't substitute or change anything and you will have the perfect banana bread!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

AMAZING!!!! I used flounder instead of tilapia, but this is the kind of thing you could do with any fish I think. Made the recipe just as it is and I wouldn't change a thing. Absolutely loved it!

Great recipe! I omitted the rum extract, but it still tasted great. I love how simple this recipe was and no mess with lots of dishes afterwards. Definitely a keeper!

Easy Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: May 11, 2007
What is so great about this recipe is that it is a good basis for creating your own recipe. You can cook the chicken any way you want to and add any seasoning, spices, or vegetables and I think this would still be amazing. I don't know that it would really be good by itself like a normal casserole would be. I served it over rice because it comes out like a sauce with the chicken, also would be good over pasta I think.

I loved these cookies! The white chocolate chips give them just the right amount of sweetness. A big hit with the family!

Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: May 10, 2007
This was a wonderful cookie! I followed the recipe exactly (without the nuts) and the dough was perfect. Very easy to work with. I used Junior Caramels and didn't have any caramel leak. They didn't seem to melt down as well as Rolos might have, though. The cookies kind of had a lump in the middle, but it made them look homemade and were still awesome! Definitely will make these again.
