My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

Never made caramel corn before...and now I will never buy it again. This recipe rocks. I have a bad sweet tooth so I used more of the caramel coating than suggested. I gave it out with the other treats I made for Christmas, well except for the half I ate on my own. :)

Cinnamon Chip Apple Cookies

These were decent. I should have chopped the apples finer (instead I used big cubes). I liked sampling the batter better than the final product...they just don't beat regular oatmeal cookies.

Thanksgiving Meatloaf

Strawnana Smoothie Bread

Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins I

Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

Autumn Muffins

These muffins are excellent-tasting. I used dried cherries & cranberries and fresh berries. I did not use figs. Everyone that sampled them said they were filling and tasted nutricious as well as savory.
