Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2005
This has to be the best pork recipe I've tasted...and so easy. You really do get to "sit back and accept the compliments". It's being added to our Christmas Eve celebration this year because so many people have loved it.

Cordon Bleu Chicken Rolls

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2006
What a great recipe! I changed it just a bit to suit my taste: I didn't have cornflakes on hand, so I used regular bread crumbs. I also used cheddar cheese instead of swiss. The sauce to go over this is wonderful, and I added the drippings from cooking the chicken. It got rave reviews all around. I would definately make again and again!

Chicken Pot Pie I

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2006
Wow! This was delicious! It was so easy that I had to try it and knew it would be good, but I didn't expect it to be great. I did add one extra can of soup (I used 1 cream of chicken and 1 cream of celery). I also used frozen veggies - carrots, peas & corn - instead of canned (I just boiled them for a minute in the chicken stock leftover from cooking the chicken). I will definitely use this recipe over and over again. Thanks!

Chicken with Lemon-Caper Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2007
This was probably the best recipe I've ever made. My VERY picky kids wouldn't stop eating it. I will definately make this a lot. So easy to make for a weekday meal and delicious enough for any entertaining. THANK YOU!!

French Onion Soup V

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2008
My family really enjoyed this. I had to get used to the thyme in it...I don't think the onion soups I've had before had any thyme in it, so I just wasn't accustomed to the flavor...but it turned out excellent. My husband loved it and even my two young girls - who don't eat ANYTHING - kept coming back to me to try more. Thanks for the recipe!

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2009
This was delicious!! I made one small addition. I wasn't exactly sure what you meant by steak seasoning, but I had Montreal Steak Seasoning on hand, so that's what I used. It ended up being just a little too spicy for what I knew my girls would eat, but I loved the flavor, so I decided to add a 1/2 cup of honey to make it sweet and spicy...and they loved it! I went out the next day to buy another piece of pork to make it again!

Slow Cooker Thanksgiving Turkey

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2010
I have to admit, I was very skeptical about making turkey in the slow cooker that would even remind me of Thanksgiving...but it really did! I did use thighs instead of the breast just for preference only and although I wouldn't eat it for Thanksgiving because I just love a turkey roasting in the oven, I will eat it any other time of the year. This came out delicious!

Rice with Black Beans

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2011
This is delicious! I add some Red Hot and it's ready to go. Next time I make it, I'm going to make some pork and add that too.
