Asparagus and Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken Breasts

I followed the recipe. The only change was covering it with foil the first 10 minutes so the chicken wouldn't dry out too much. I thought it was okay. My husband seemed to like it much more than I did, thus I gave it 4 stars.

Baked Chicken and Zucchini

Super easy to throw together and we really liked it. I followed other reviewers suggestions and put the zucchini straight into the 9X13 pan. They were cooked, but not mushy. Perfect!! This one will be a regular in our rotation. Thanks for sharing.

Garlic Bread

I tripled the garlic and garlic powder based on previous reviews. Made for a great garlic flavor. My loaf came out HUGE. I have a 2 pound Zo machine and it rose so high it was touching the top....ended up about twice as tall as most of the loaves I've made.

Bacon-Flavored Dog Biscuits

Mama's Asian Chicken and Rice

YUM!!! Like others I doubled the sauce (not the red pepper flakes). And only simmered the chicken about 12 minutes in the sauce since others said it was dry when cooking longer. It came out great. This will be a regular in our house.

substituted dried apples and cranraisins for the fruit listed. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and yum yum!! Love the ease of it too. Can't be tossing ingredients into the crock pot and then going to bed.

Ken's Perfect Hard Boiled Egg (And I Mean Perfect)

PERFECT is right. I've always used the vinegar when boiling, but never the salt - until today. What a huge difference when peeling the eggs. I've never seen such PERFECT boiled eggs. I remember grandma boiling more eggs than she needed for deviled eggs because of all the "bad" ones that were a mess after peeling. With this method that won't be an issue. Thanks Ken!!

Chicken Enchiladas II

AWESOME!! Just finished dinner and these were great. I didn't pre-cook the chicken, so I threw it in a skillet with Olive Oil, green onion and some minced garlic. Added some Taco Seasoning from this site. Then threw the sauce together in a sauce pan. Used some flour tortillas from Costco that you cook yourself. Cooked them right before rolling. Used the Mexican Cheese mix. These will be a regular in our rotation for sure. Thank you for sharing!!

Eggless Chocolate Cake II

My husband is allergic to eggs. I've found in my quick bread recipes that a tbsp of cornstarch mixed with two tbsps of water works well as an egg substiture. But I never cared for how it worked in cakes, so thought I'd give this one a try. It's okay. I took the advice of others and added some chocolate chips to the batter. Still seems a bit dry to me. I made the chocolate frosting recipe on the back of the Hershey's Cocoa and it helped. Hubby isn't home, so we'll see how he likes it tonight.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Was a good soup for a cold day. Made this today on high for about 4.5 hours. I did not cook the chicken, but instead put the 3 chicken breasts in with everything else and shredded it about 30 minutes before serving. Next time I'll use diced tomatoes I think.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Just added a bit of garlic to the original recipe. Added Provolone to the rolls. Oh so yummy. Hubby enjoyed it - and he's not a big fan of beef. Will definately make this one again.

It's Chili by George!!

As others have said - it's a good base to start your chili with. Threw in some canned tomatoes, an extra can of beans, and only about half the can of tomato juice. Hubby loved it.
