BBQ Peanut Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2006
I bought it from the Smuckers store in Orville, Ohio where it was on the natural peanut butter jar. It sounded bazaar but being an excessive peanut butter eater I tried it. It was the best chicken I have ever had! I would suggest eating it with a non-lettece salad with ginger dressing. The only think I will do differently next time is saving some sauce for the cooked chicken as an extra dipping sauce. (Or if you care double the sauce!) Great party idea and fairly easy to assemble.

Priceless Pecan Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2006
I am not a fan of pecans but my friends really loved the pie. I tasted a bit and it was very good, moist and flavorful, pecan amount is up to pie eaters really.

Rosemary Mashed Potatoes and Yams with Garlic and Parmesan

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2006
Very different yet very delicious. It is not that hard to make and it can be prepared the night before and then cooked the day of the event. It tastes wonderful with the rosemary adding a great kick. I am a fan of lots of cheese so the extra made it wonderful for my friends and I.

Cranberry Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2006
It was wonderful, a hundred times better then canned anyday! But I think it tastes better if it sits overnight. It was a great hit during the holidays!

Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2005
I had a nice flavor was simple enough to make but it turned out far to spicy, even following the recipe and it does not have a lot of sauce (which I am a fan off) it is wonderful if you cut the spices in half and then add what you want later.
