Banana Nut Bread Baked in a Jar
I have more of a question than anything. I want to send these to my husband who can't be home for the holidays since he's deployed. Will they hold up more than a week? Boxes take typically a week and half to two weeks to get to him.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
I was skeptical about the sour cream at first, I had never baked with sour cream. But I can tell you that this bread is fantastic!

Grilled Mahi Mahi
I changed a few things. Like another viewer the only can of tomatoes I had in the house was Petit Diced tomatoes in Garlic and Olive Oil. I poured it on the fish and topped with sliced lemons and it was awesome. I didn't have pepperjack cheese, but it was still great. My husband loved it too, he said it almost tasted like a chicken recipe; which being on a diet is great to add flavor. I found that using that particular type of diced tomatoes you use less ingredients and still get all the flavor!
