Spaghetti Squash I

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2009
I was concerned because I never had spaghetti squash before and I was pleasantly surprised how much it did resemble pasta. I was also worried when the squash was watery, but what I did was combine everything (except the feta) in a casserole dish and topped it with some panko italian seasoning bread crumbs. Then I broiled it for 5 minutes. It was perfect. I would make this again.

Turkey Sausage Breakfast

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2008
I absolutely love this recipe. I make it for holidays; special occassions; or just because. I even take the ingredients camping with me and cook it in a dutch oven. Every once in awhile I will add mushrooms or another vegetable, but it is perfect just as it is stated.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2008
This recipe was phenomenal and I will make it again and again. My husband absolutely loved it. When I removed the chicken, I added one tablespoon of flour to the sauce to thicken it up and it was perfect. Oh, and I used 8 cloves of garlic.

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2008
This is a wonderful recipe. It is like french apple pie without the crust. If you have an apple peeler and a food processor, it only takes 15 minutes to prepare the apples. I used golden delicious apples, but any apples would be good. I highly recommend this recipe.

Jenn's Out Of This World Spaghetti and Meatballs

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2008
I make this recipe frequently - especially for camping. My husband loves the parsley in the meatballs. The only thing I change is the 1/2 cup of sugar. I only use a pinch of sugar to taste. The half cup is way too much. Sometimes when I am lazy, I open a jar of sauce and heat the meatballs in that.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2006
Both my husband and my teenage daughter loved this recipe. My daughter said "you should make this again". The only change I made was that I used corn tortillas instead of flour. The flavors of the red wine vinegar, lime juice, and spices are wonderful.

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2006
These cookies are quite wonderful. I have made them twice and have doubled the recipe both times. They disappear almost as quickly as I can make them.

Eggnog Quick Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2005
The first time I made this bread I forgot the 1/2 cup of butter which made the bread very dense and not that good. When I realized my mistake and made it again it came out wonderfully with a very nice eggnog flavor. My husband said he would prefer a glaze over it instead of the powdered sugar. This recipe is a keeper!
