Creamy Mashed Potatoes II

I found this to be a bit bland...didn't have a strong enough ranch flavor I was looking for a mashed potatoe with a little something special and this wasn't really it.

Lemon Pepper Pasta

This is an excellent side dish, I use it to compliment some of my chicken dishes and my son and husband (who are both picky eaters) gobble it up!

I followed this recipe exactly and found it to be bland, it definitely needed something. I'm not sure if I will make it again with some changes...might be worth a shot with some fresh greated cheese melted in the sauce and some basil.

Fettuccine Alfredo IV

This came out soooo good, creamy and delicious. I didn't have white pepper so I added ground black pepper and 1 1/2 tspn. of dried basil instead of fresh and it still came out perfect!
