Even better than the traditional version. I forgot to buy crackers but had some french fried onions, so I added about a cup of those to the bean/soup/sour cream mixture, then added a layer on top of the casserole during the last 5 minutes of baking. I also used light cream of mushroom soup and light sour cream--we couldn't tell the difference.

Nothing "delicate" about the seasonings. Very salty, very mustard-y. Maybe if you cut the garlic salt and the mustard in half, it would be better. As the recipe stands, though, all we could taste was mustard.

Joel's Guinness Steak

Wish I had checked reviews before ruining my son's birthday steaks with this stinker. Tasted nothing but wine and steak sauce, and even though I used good rib-eyes and t-bones, steaks were chewy. So disappointing, I wouldn't even know what to change to make improvements.
