Sugar-Free Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce

a family favorite at the holidays! I use 5 eggs instead of 3 and add 1 tablespoon of vanilla and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. I use more raisins also, maybe 1 1/2 cup, and mix them in instead of keeping them on the top. bake for 60 minutes at 350 then turn the oven off, crack the door and let it cool inside the oven for a few hours. last time we made the sauce with southern comfort and everyone thought it turned out much better. more subtle.

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

so good! changes i made: used vanilla instead of brandy and fresh cranberries instead of dried. someone suggested throwing the fresh cranberries in the oven at 250 for 10 minutes or so to soften them up. worked great. i baked the cookies at 375 for 9 minutes. the cookies came out flat and at first i was disappointed but they are awesome! I will definitely make these again and repeat exactly what i did this first time. thanks!
