Banana Crumb Muffins

Exceptional! I replaced the butter with oil and added a bit more cinnamon to the crumbs, but that was it. This is amazing! Even my pickiest eater (my husband) devoured three of these. The best part (for him) is that these don't have nuts. He loves banana bread, but hates the nuts. Thank you for sharing.

Satiny Chocolate Glaze

Amazing! I won't be buying store bought frosting ever again. I made this tonight to go over a fudge chocolate cake , added some powdered sugar and strawberries. It was a hit, to say the least. I too used the microwave (30 second intervals at half power) to melt it down. It was perfect! Thank you for sharing!

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Wow! This dish was very good. I added a little bit of garlic powder, used sour cream in place of mayo (don't like mayo) and used cream cheese with chive. Yum! My hubby stuffed himself and kept raving about this dish. Did brown the bacon first which made it that much yummier. Thank you for sharing!

Best Brownies

Holy cow these are great! The only adjustment I did have to make was to heat the frosting up. Wow! I have always made box brownies, but not any more. I have now made these four times and they are a hit everytime. Thank you for sharing this recipe!

This was excellent! The chicken was perfectly crispy. I too didn't have any peanut oil, and other than using too much peanut butter, it was great. I recovered by adding more chili sauce to compensate and yum! Thanks!

Chicken Breasts Supreme

This was awesome. I was worried after adding the Worcestershire, but I shouldn't have worried at all. The flavor was amazing. I doubled the recipe (including the sauce), but really didn't need to double the sauce itself. I didn't have two cans of cream of mushroom, so I used chicken and mushroom, and I was short sour cream, but I added a little more cheese. Yum! Even my picky (and I mean extremely picky) husband ate two servings! Thank you for sharing.

Cranberry Sauce II

I love cranberries this way. I mush mine up afterward they are done cooking. And I cook them with one cut up pear. I too add a bit of cornstarch to thicken it up. Wonderful flavor!

Perfect Sesame Chicken

Oh my goodness this was awesome! My daughter and husband both said it was the best chicken I have ever made. Only variation was I used vegetable oil (it was cheaper and I already had it). Thank you for sharing!

Chinese Fried Noodles

This was excellent! I added some hot chili sauce to it and man it was good! I agree with a previous poster..you can do this all in one pan, and another poster that about half of the oriental packet was enough for three (but a whole one might be good with less soy sauce). Great recipe that I will use again! Thank you for sharing.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Excellent! I used chicken breasts and brown sugar (cooked covered for 35 minutes on 400, uncovered for 5 more minutes). The chicken was super tender and the sauce had great flavor! Thanks for sharing.

Cheater Pot Pie

I am with Littlest_mermaid on this one, but I am giving it a 5 for taste. It was excellent, but my biscuits didn't cook all the way through. I even made them really thin. Otherwise, my entire family loved this (even the pickiest eaters inhaled it). Thanks for sharing!

Texas Yum Yum

The ingredients were great, the flavor was good, and my family loved this. The only thing I might change is the time to chill or adding less milk. The pie ended up being more of a "pudding mess" than it did a pie, but it was sooooooooooo good. :-) Thanks for sharing!

Egg and Hash Brown Pie

This was really good. I modified it slightly, adding a little more potato and bacon (I don't cook exact measurements all the time) and it was wonderful. I added a few flavors to it like garlic and onion powder rather than onion. It was a great breakfast for Christmas Day! Thanks for sharing!

Baked Pesto Chicken

This was ok, but not great. I used the recipe exactly and it was just a little bland for my liking. I think I will use more garlic and other flavors and just add some pesto at the end next time. Thanks for the recipe, I do have to say it was the most tender baked chicken I have cooked in a long time! Thanks!

The Best Frikin' Party Dip Ever!

My brother in law introduced this recipe to me a few years ago, and every year about this time we make it. I skip the onions and chives and every now and then throw in some cheddar to melt at the end. Typically though, I use hot sausage, regular rotel and low fat cream cheese. This rocks with frito scoops or corn chips.

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

This was awesome! I didn't have cheddar, so I used colby jack which was just a little bland, so I will use cheddar next time. Also didn't have lemon, so used lime instead. Did cut back on the cream cheese as others had recommended and also pounded the chicken out and used toothpicks rather than cutting butterfly. Overall a great recipe, even my picky eaters ate it. Thanks for sharing!
