Pumpkin Spice Cake with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2005
Awesome! Moist and light, a great tasting cake! Baked it in my fancy Bundt Pan, and then melted cream cheese frosting with cinnamon and poured over the top of the cake. Great recipe for the fall! :)

Banana Pudding Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2003
Very moist & delicious cake. Only thing I did different was the icing. I microwaved regular vanilla frosting and "poured" zig zag over the cake. I thought that this would make the presentation nicer. Great cake for a brunch or picnic. Though I must admit that it was very similar to a banana bread.

Pumpkin Flan

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2002
Great recipe. I'm not much of a baker, but I found this to be easy and very delicious. I didn't have any brandy flavoring so I made it without, it still tasted great! Was a hit with my family this past Thanksgiving. Will definately make again.

Apple Crumble Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2001
This was my first pie and it came out great!! The only thing that took long was the peeling and cutting of the apples, other than that this was really quick and easy. Highly recommend for holidays.

Pretty tasty and quick! However, I don't recommend if you're watching your weight or cholesterol.

Easy Key Lime Pie I

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2001
You just can't get any easier than this receipe. I've made it twice so far, once with real key limes and the other with bottled key lime juice. With real key limes it was very delicious and had more of a tart taste. Therefore, if you like your key lime pies really tarty and only have access to bottled key lime juice I recommend adding a little bit more key lime juice.

American Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2001
Great recipe!! Made it a day ahead and added a little bit more diced tomates and tomato paste and it tasted excellent. I personally didn't think it was too cheesy. It is however a little time consuming but well worth the effort. Definately a keeper!!!

Swiss Chicken Casserole II

Not bad, but I found it a little too bland for my taste. I think it's missing something but I can't figure out what.

Baked Ziti II

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2000
Quick & easy receipe. I prepared the night before, and baked the next day and it tasted pretty good. Good receipe to have around when you're in the mood for baked pasta but don't have time or desire for anything complicated.

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2000
This Best Brownies receipe is definately the best. I've never had much luck for baking anything, much less brownies, and with a new baby in the household I certainly don't have time for any complicated receipes. My husband was very impressed with the moistness of the brownies and I was impressed on how easy these were to make. Believe me when I tell you that if I can do this, anyone can!
