Country Oatmeal Cookie in a Jar

I tried this as a gift b/c I had all the ingredients, and I figured it'd be quick to put together - I used the ice cream scoop trick, I packed everything as much as it could possibly be packed, and I still ended up with at least a 1/4 of a cup of the flour mixture on my counter and a real struggle to get the jar closed. Irritating.

Best Ever Muffins

These are really good - I added a tsp. of vanilla, some pumpkin pie spice, and I filled the cups 1/2 way with batter, dropped a tsp. of strawberry jam on top, the covered with more batter and they came out really yummy. Thanks for the recipe!

Onion Pasta

I thought this recipe was very tasty, I did add a cup of sliced portabella mushrooms and cut the amount of butter in half, and I also used 1/4 cup of white truffle grapeseed oil and 1/4 cup regular olive oil rather than 1/2 cup olive oil as the recipe calls for. Oh, and I used vegetable boullion as well as chicken broth, and added garlic. Yummy - very simple, and great served over cheese ravioli!
