Carrot Cupcakes with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing

Austrian Chocolate Balls

What fantastic cookies! I used vanilla instead of almond extract but am looking forward to making them again and trying the almond. Super easy to make, very similar to a brownie.

Rich Chocolate Frosting

Holy cow, this is so good! I scaled back to 16 servings and had plenty for 3 dozen cupcakes. Also, scaled back just a bit on the cocoa. Definatley a keeper!

Cake Balls

So simple and so good! I made these my "rum balls" by adding raspberry liquor. Also, skipped the chocolate coating and rolled in powder sugar and also ground nuts.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

I made this stuffing for Christmas dinner and it was a huge hit! I actually sub'd the cranberries with chopped dates for something different. I will make this every year. Fantastic!

Kind of blah, but did the trick. Filled some bellies. Next time I will add maybe 4 eggs with 4 egg yolks to give it a richer flavor.

Vanilla - Chocolate Powdered Sugar Frosting

I'm sorry, but this frosting did not turn out. It tasted like pure butter and was an ugly color and texture. Maybe I did something wrong, but it is nothing like I was hoping it would be.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III
