Italian Sausage Soup II
This was so good!!! The only changes I made was to substitute 2T herbs de provence for the basil, sage and rosemary. It was freezing out last night and this just hit the spot!

Honeyed Pork Chops
This recipe sounded great. I wanted something easy that I could just put together and kinda "forget" about for the hour it needed to cook. They smelled great as they were cooking. When I took them out of the oven I was so dissapointed. The pork chops were very dry and didn't seem to absorb any flavor from the honey/soy sauce mixture. I didn't even brown them for the recommended 5 mins per side as I thought that seemed too long if I was to bake them for an hr. 30 mins would've been more than enough time and the chops were a good 2-3 inches thick. I would probably make the sauce again, but as a marinade and then either grill the pork or bake for a shorter period.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
This is an awesome recipe and so easy. My husband loved it too. I used Italian flavored bread crumbs for the topping, but didn't make any other changes. Don't know why other reviewers thought it was bland. It had tons of flavor. No more boxed Mac & Cheese for us!!! Thanks Chuck!
