Pizza Dough II
The dough is beautiful and tasty. I divided it into 3, and made a 16" pizza. But I think just dividing it in half for a pizza that size would be good too. It just depends if you like thinner or thicker crusts. After I rolled it out and let it rise for 10 or 15 minutes, I prebaked it for about 10 minutes at 350F. That helps keep the crust from getting soggy and you don't have to bake it so long with the toppings, which can easily burn at 425F.

Chinese Restaurant-Style Sesame Chicken
You will definitely want to increase the marinade. I used 4 Tblsp of soy and maple syrup, 1 of sherry and 1 of seasoned rice vinegar. Be careful not to toast your sesame seeds too long, or they taste burnt. And you'll want to use more oil, as 1/2 teaspoon is not enough. I used olive and sesame oils.

Rice Noodles with Shiitakes, Choy, and Chiles
This dish has a great flavor. I love shiitakes and bok choy! But it's way too many rice noodles. They were a huge sticky mess. I'd recommend using fewer, and adding a little oil to the water you boil/soak them in.
