I loved this salad and so did my family. my daughter and her family were over for dinner and they really liked it. I used a cooked deli chicken. Fast and delicious. I did leave out the avocado due to personal tastes

Fried Potatoes

These were really very good. I used baked potatoes and left the skin on. I had to bake potatoes for dinner the night before so I just baked more. Easy to cut up after being in the fridge all night. Took them to a brunch and they went fast.

Maria's Pepper Steak

This was delicious. My Hubby loved it. I thought it was a little too sweet. Next time I might try a little less honey. I also followed the advice of another reviewer advice and cooked the veggies, then the meat and then added the veggies and sauce back into the pan with the meat. The meat was nice and tender. Good recipe, going into my permanent file

Baked Ziti II

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

This was delicious. My Hubby loved it. He's the expert on scalloped potatoes and ham, I made it as directed, except I cooked it in crockpot on low for 6 to 7 hours. I couldn't put it together for the four hours, It was great! Awesome flavor.

Chocolate Mint Cake Squares

Heart Attack Eggs

I like to cook the eggs this way at the campground. I also fry the toast in the bacon grease. There is usually just enough to do the toast. Yum, growing up we never had eggs any other way.

Best Tuna Melt (New Jersey Diner Style)

Creamy Cauliflower Salad

Doreen's Ham Slices on the Grill

My hubby and I really liked this one. I had a thick sliced ham steak. I didn't get a chance to do it on the grill. It was still delicious but I can't wait til it gets a little warmer than 15° outside. It will be great on the grill

Easy Tuna Casserole

Coconut Tilapia with Apricot Dipping Sauce
