Cheesy Beer Fondue

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2008
WAY too much butter to the point where it was beyond disgusting. Other than that, the flavors were nice.

Millet Loaf

Wasn't sure how this would all come together, but it did in the end. The taste and consistency reminded me of thanksgiving stuffing!

Market Fresh Stir-Fry

A very colorful meal that we all enjoyed. These veggies were a nice change from the usual ones we eat. I made this with tofu.

No-Mayonnaise Ranch Dressing

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2007
Great substitute! I personally do not like mayo and I do not like the taste of the store bought ranch. When preparing this, I did not use salt and I used tarragon instead of chives (I didn't have any). I will make this again.

Drew's World Famous Triple Rush Hot Chocolate

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2007
This was excellent, nice and thick and rich. Nothing like the watery powder mix from the grocery store. I have been looking for a hot chocolate recipe like this. I had all the ingredients on hand (except for heavy cream…I really wanted whipped cream on the top)!! I added about ½ tablespoon of chili powder and only a smidge of cold milk. It is almost 95 degrees outside today, I cannot wait till it is cold and snowy to really enjoy this!

Chicken Stuffed Shells

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2007
I have prepared this dish twice already. My husband really likes it for breakfast instead of dinner because of the protein and carbs. I can’t seem to find the big shells, so I use manicotti—which is a bit difficult to stuff! When I bought the ingredients, I bought two cans of the chicken broth but ended up using only one can. I thought that the soup mixture would have been too runny and I wanted the mixture to be more of a gravy. I also added a bit of the gravy to the stuffing and chicken before I stuffed the manicotti. I put the rest of the gravy on top before it goes in the oven. I also did not add salt or garlic powder. This recipe reheats fine.

Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2006
I followed the instructions, but the cream cheese was still thick and not very saucey like I thought it would be. It also burned and the chicken was dry. I think an ingredient is missing.
