MMMMMMMMMM Delicious! A hit at the BBQ! I wouldn't change a thing about this recipe. I let it marinate over night. I even remembered to soak my bamboo skewers in water so that they didn't burn on the grill!

Red Skinned Potato Salad

I thought it was a bit bland but everyone at the BBQ thought it was great. It was my first potato salad so it turned out good. I used green onions, that is the only change I made. I think next time I may experiment with some seasonings to give it a little boost. It's a good basic salad and the bacon is a fantastic touch.

Famous Butter Chicken

I've made this several times over the last year or so. It turns out fantastic every time! Chicken is moist and breading is crispy. The breading does get a bit soggy when leftovers are refrigerated, but I don't have much leftover!

To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo

My boyfriend loves this Alfredo!!! I thought it was a bit bland as I didn't use garlic salt; I used pressed fresh garlic. I also used a 5oz tub of freshly shredded 3 cheese italian cheese that had parm, asiago & romano cheese. I only made 16 oz of noodles and it all turned out perfectly! My boyfriend LOVES Fettuccine and he wants me to make it on a regular basis. It was pretty easy to make and the sauce had a great consistency. Next time I may have to add salt or some garlic salt. I just prefer fresh garlic.

oh my goodness!!!! these were so good that I couldn't stop eating them! They turned out perfect! I think I might use semi sweet chocolate chips next time as I prefer dark chocolate to milk chocolate.

I made this last night and my boyfriend loved it so much he says he likes it better than lasagna and spaghetti! I made my own sauce and put mozzerella and parmesean and fresh chopped basil on the top.

Banana Banana Bread

Yummmmm! I made this bread the other day and it was great! I used 4 small/medium extreemly over ripe bananas and added about 1/2t. cinnamon. I mad 3 mini handi-foil loaf pans. Bread was moist and perfect! Thanks.

EAGLE BRAND® Banana Cream Pie

Everyone at my Thanksgiving dinner loved this pie! I used banana extract instesd of vanilla. I also whipped up some banana pudding and dream whip and piled it high on the top! I will make this pie again and again!

Basic Flaky Pie Crust

I made this pie crust for all my pies at Thanksgiving. It was delicious and tender/flakey!!! even the bottom turned out geat! I did add 2T. of sugar and I didn't really measure the water. I chilled and cubed my butter flavored crisco and used icewater. It was the best crust I have ever made and now I am not afraid to make pie crusts! I also wrapped them in plastic and put them in the fridge before rolling, rolled them between 2 sheets of wax paper and put them back in the fridge before baking or filling. Now if I ever learn how to do pretty edges, my pies will be perfect!

Pumpkin Bread IV

Thank you so much for this recipe!!!! It was a huge hit at my Thanksgiving dinner! I used the whole can of pumpkin puree and I substituted 3 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice for the nutmeg and cloves. I bought some little disposible bread tins and made 8 little loaves. I sliced up 3 loaves before dinner and everyone wowed and raved. Then everyone took a loaf when they left. I WILL be making this again!

Italian Lasagna

The sauce was soooo good I could just eat that. I did add a can of Italian style tomatoes to it. The Lasagna part of the thing was where it all fell apart for me. I have never made lasagna so I was trying very hard to do everything right. It just did not turn out and I'm sure I did something wrong.... terribly wrong. I will try again sometime but untill I get the courage up I'll use this sauce for other dishes. It was so GOOD!

Pretzel Salad

My aunt used to make this for every family get together. Everyone in my family loves it. I do not like pretzels or cream cheese but the combination of the sugar and and butter makes everything work together. I love it and am serving it to my boyfriends family on Thanksgiving!
