Zucchini Pasta II
Did not use chicken and doubled the recipe. It was very, very good!! I used about half of a package of cream cheese and did not use pepper flakes because of kids but otherwise followed recipe. It was very good!!

Ham Broccoli Braid
We really like this recipe, however, every time I make it I am having to cook it a lot longer to have the crust be done completely. Tonight I cooked it for 25 min at 350..turned it up to 375 and cooked another 10 and there were parts that were still raw! frustrating...but not the recipes fault! :) I add the sour cream and leave out the mustard and let everyone dip it in mustard. I also use cheddar cheese...yummy!

Irish Soda Bread
I made this soda bread today and just took it out of the over. I don't ever remember tasting an Irish Soda Bread before so I'm not sure what to expect. I added 2 cups of crasins instead of the 3 cups of raisons and I left out the caraway seeds. I baked it for 60 minutes and it turned out very moist inside with a firm top. I really like it and will make it again in the future.
