I've cooked this a few times. It is really good plain or with your favorite toppings. I made it for my wife the first time for her birthday and she love it. Been making it every since. Has never cracked using the water bath. The 1/4 cup of almond, 1/4 cup of butter, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1 1/2 cup of graham crackers that one review suggested gave the crust a really good flavor. You won't be disappointed with this recipe. To get a smooth clean cut when slicing the cheesecake, stick the knife in a glass of hot water for a few second to warm the knife. Dry off knife then slice.
