I stumbled on this recipie while looking for healthy dinner options for my husband. It then prompted me to go find the other details of the diet. I made the soup on Sunday and its wonderful. As many suggest, the key is to add whatever seasonings you like. I used oregano, Natures Seasonings,pepper flakes, hot sauce. I also threw in a container of mushrooms which made the soup more "meaty". It depends on how you like your soup. I personally recommend that this soup be made chunky as to me it made it more filling
