I love this recipe and it is a hit! I did make a few adjustments. First, I had to cook it a little longer to make sure all the pieces were soft (I used fresh yams) and then I mashed them up, covered with Marshmallows and baked for another 10 minutes. Yum!

Chicken Gravy

My friend and I used this mostly to know the techniques to make gravy with cornstarch. It was great and the gravy was great!

Mango Jam

OH MY GOODNESS! I am VERY happy with this recipe. I tweeked it a little because I only had one mango so I divided it by half and only used 1/2 cup of Sugar in the Raw (the only sugar I have). This is the first Jam I have every made and I cannot wait to put it on toast or a PB&J!
