About this Cook
I am a CARD MAKER. I love Rubber Stamps. When I am not in the kitchen you will find me behind my desk with a stamp and ink pad in hand
My favorite things to cook
Italian, Asian, BBQ
My favorite family cooking traditions
A long time ago I realized the food I grew up on was NOT a favorite in my house. So I branched out. Since my husbands Mother could not cook I could not fail. Holidays I spent watching and helping my Husband Uncle cook he was a retired chef. This turned my life around! I can cook anything and do it with flair. I seem to have a back for herbs and spices, prevention is something I'm working on since we eat with them.
My cooking triumphs
Getting my Mothers Cheesecake recipe down to perfection and making it better!
My cooking tragedies
That would be the Crandberry Bread my Daughter and I tried to make together. This legend will be told forever. My children will never let me live it down!

Broccoli Chicken Roli
We had this for dinner and it went over great! First I will tell you based on my family tastes I did change a few things. First I added less Mayo and more Dijon then listed. I also added garlic, chilpolte chilli power, roasted red pepper instead of green pepper and used two tubes of cresent rolls. There was leftover filling so we put it in a small oven proof dish and covered this with a tube of biscuits. This feed 6 with a little leftover. Next time I know to use 3 tubes of cresent rolls and make two rings.
